Reptile GU10 Halogen Dome Fixture with 54″ AC cord and switch by CarolinaCustom Cages will allow you to use the increasingly popular GU10 halogenbasking bulbs. This fixture is great for reptile basking requirements in avariety of installations. Very compact; 3-1/2 overall height and 4-3/8diameter. This gives greater flexibility in planning your habitats baskingareas. The ceramic socket securely engages GU10 halogen bulbs (much safer thanthe tiny pin MR11 types). Fixture can be mounted underneath a screen top orsolid top with the 3 holes in reflectors hub using the UV / heat resistantzip ties, screws, nuts & bolts provided in the box. Fixture can also besecurely fastened on top of a screen mesh with 3 holes in the rim of thereflector using the zip ties. Their basking heat output is much more focusedthan traditional basking bulbs; this allows you to use lower wattage bulbs;better efficiency, economy and effectiveness! We offer 20w, 35w, 50w and 75whalogen basking bulbs separately; as well as Reptile Digital IR SurfaceThermometers.
